The Garage Studio

                                How it all began

The Garage Studio began in 2005, like most businesses do (Google, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft) in my one car garage. Surrounded by bikes, chest freezer, lawn mower….well you get the picture. 

Even before then,  (some time back in the late 90’s ) I had begun my career as a Professional Photographer by completing a B.App Science (Photography) at RMIT in Melbourne. Whilst there, I was awarded the Kodak Travelling Scholarship to study at RIT in Rochester, New York. Both of these amazing instituations taught me to embrace the rich, tactile art of film photography and darkroom magic.

 Photography is just one of the many ways I’ve explored the world. After university, I embarked on an exciting stint as a tour guide for Contiki across Europe, these experiences, I believe have enriched my photographic work and story telling perspective.

Professionally, I travel across Australia (and overseas when reqired), dedicated to capturing compelling brand stories for my clients. Whether you’re looking for intimate personal brand stories or dynamic commercial imagery, I bring a wealth of experience and a unique personal touch to every project.
